Delivery with us is free if you are on a subscription throughout Brighton and Hove. We are unable to deliver outside of the BN postal code area. We cover currently BN1, BN2, BN3, BN41, BN42, BN43, BN45, BN5.

We want to make life that little bit easier for you, so ordering our meals couldn’t be simpler. Simply add the meals you would like to your shopping basket and check out securely. We accept Paypal plus all major credit and debit cards.

All of our meals are hand made within a couple of hours of arriving at your door. Our meals have a shelf life of 4 days from the moment you receive them. Please keep all meals refrigerated. Please ensure you have adequate space in your fridge for all your meals.

We are happy to deliver to your home or work. It is your responsibility to receive your delivery and give us the appropriate delivery instructions at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring that your employer is happy for you to receive personal deliveries.

Delivery is free for those on a subscription. We deliver on a Tuesday and a Friday between 1-3pm. If you are not going to be in then simply tell us your safe place - easy peasy.In some instances, for reasons outside of our control, this may not always be possible. We will notify you on the email address or mobile number that you provided. 

If you are unable to accept delivery in person you must provide us with an alternative designated contact person who will be available. Any returned deliveries will not be refunded. We are happy to leave your delivery on a doorstep or other specified safe place- but please note this is at your discretion and we will not offer refunds for any missing deliveries.

If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reason, we will contact you on the telephone number and email address that you gave us. If we are unable to deliver, after trying to contact you, we reserve the right to charge you for your undelivered order.
